Trying to fix the surface symptoms (depression, anxiety, people pleasing, overworking, addiction) is like putting a bandaid on a broken leg and expecting it to mend.

The real healing comes from gently tending to what is under the surface, acknowledging needs that went unmet, understanding our stories and choosing new meaning for ourselves through anchoring into grace, self compassion and acceptance.
