Hi there, I’m Claudia.

I’m a psychologist who believes in psychology with soul. My work is about helping you reconnect with your true self—not through cold, clinical frameworks that pathologise your experiences, but through a compassionate approach that honours your unique story, values, and desires.

The Wholehearted Way is centred around what I call psychology with soul.

My work is for women who feel disconnected, stuck, or out of sync with their true selves. It’s about finding your way back to you — not through forcing or fixing, but by holding space for where you are now, honouring your story, and shining a light on the path forward.

Growing up in a “picture-perfect” upper-middle-class family in Brazil, I was the compliant child, trying to balance the impossible roles of being the good girl and the rebel.

But that struggle left me disconnected from myself and others. Like many of us, I carried limiting stories about who I should be—stories shaped by societal expectations and family dynamics. It wasn’t until I began the journey of understanding and reframing my own narrative that I discovered the transformative power of choice.

I realised that while I couldn’t change my past, I could change how it impacted my present and future. Through deep personal work, spirituality, and psychology, I learned to lead myself with love, compassion, and accountability—and I want to help you do the same.

A Journey of Healing and Empowerment

For me, healing isn’t about “fixing” what’s broken. It’s about tending to what’s been hurt, validating the past, and rewriting the stories that no longer serve us. As a narrative psychologist, I’m drawn to stories because they shape how we see ourselves and the world. When we can shift our story, we open the door to empowerment, connection, and growth.

I also know how challenging it can be to reconcile painful relationships, especially with family. Society tells us to love our parents no matter what, but that doesn’t invalidate feelings of anger or hurt. True healing comes from finding grace—for ourselves and others—while setting boundaries that honor who we are today.

My own journey through post-natal depression and suicidal ideation during my second pregnancy taught me what it means to walk through darkness and emerge stronger, more compassionate, and deeply connected to my true self. I’m here to hold that space for you as you navigate your own transformation.

This isn’t just my profession - it’s my calling.

I’ve seen the power of psychology, paired with compassion and acceptance, to change lives.

I help women who aren’t in crisis, yet feel disconnected from themselves and want to reconnect, make sense of their experiences, and step into an empowered, deeply satisfying life.

I’ve been through my own valleys—post-natal depression, suicidal ideation, and the relentless self-judgment that comes from trying to meet impossible standards. These experiences taught me that healing isn’t linear, and it doesn’t come from ignoring or pathologising your struggles.

Instead, true healing begins when we make space for the fullness of our story — the light, the dark, and everything in between. That’s why I’m here: to walk alongside you as you navigate this journey, offering the tools, insight, and compassion you need to create a life that feels deeply aligned with who you are.

If you feel like you’re in a dark place right now, that’s okay.

You can be there for as long as you need. I’m not here to pull you out, rush your process, or cover it up with toxic positivity. Healing doesn’t come from bypassing the hard stuff — it comes from being willing to sit with it, understand it and rewrite the meaning of your story.

My work is about guiding you to reconnect with yourself. We explore your experiences with curiosity and compassion, honoring the reasons behind where you are now. It’s not about judgment or “fixing” — it’s about creating space to soften, understand, and choose how you want to move forward.

I believe that developing our ability to practise self compassion and acceptance through times of challenge and pain opens us up to the light we can experience in life. While we don’t need to live in pain to have a meaningful, fulfilling life, we do need to understand and honour it when it arises. This is the heart of my work: holding space for your darkness while showing you the potential for light.

Whilst I am Psychologist, I am a Storyteller at Heart, and reframing your own story is the greatest source of healing.

I’m a registered psychologist with extensive training in attachment, trauma, Schema Therapy, and narrative psychology. My approach is steady yet gentle, creating a safe and trusting space where you can do deep work with a light touch. Together, we’ll explore your story, find meaning in your experiences, and empower you to make choices that align with the life you want to live.

My fascination with stories and how they shape us began when I was young. I’m a storyteller at heart. It’s a gift passed down through generations—my grandmother told us tales of resilience and hope, sparking my belief in the power of stories to transform how we see ourselves and the world.
